What do we do? - Evaluating our Outcomes
Program evaluations with a focus on outcomes have become increasingly important for nonprofits, and funders are demanding it more and more. Outcomes are benefits to clients who utilize the CF clinics, participate in the CFW Educational program and access the information and resources created by our member network and communication tools (website and newsletter). Outcomes should not be confused with program outputs or services e.g. the number of clients who visit clinics each month but instead focus on how the lives of those who do visit established clinics or attended workshops have changed. The CFW members will also benefit from the outcomes evaluations that will tease out and define program strengths and weaknesses and help to build road maps for future programs globally.
