The Phase 3 Clinical Research Study Of a Cystic Fibrosis Therapy
Denufosol Tetrasodium Inhalation Solution Is seeking participants.
The purpose of this study, sponsored by Inspire Pharmaceuticals, is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of inhaled Denufosol designed to enhance the hydration and clearance of mucus in the lungs of CF patients.
This study has been reviewed and sanctioned by the CF Foundation’s Clinical Research Committee, Data Safety Monitoring Board and/or the Therapeutics Development Network’s Protocol Review Committee.
Study Drugs: Aerosolized INS37217 (denufosol), Denufosol Study.
Ages: 6 to 12 years old, 13 to 17 years old, 18 years old and over.
Type of Therapy: Restore Airway Surface Liquid.
