Cystic Fibrosis Worldwide invites you to join us in Prague, Czech, Republic at the European Cystic Fibrosis Conference (ECFC).

CF Worldwide looks forward to welcoming all our members at the CFW Annual Business meeting on June 10th 2008. The ABM will be held at the Prague Conference Center, room Club E.

June 11th, we will host the CFW Seminar Day. The Lay/CFW Seminar Day will also take place at the Prague Conference Center, Chamber Hall. The seminar day will be simultaneously translated into the local language of Czech.

You can register for all CFW activities (Annual Business meeting and CFW Seminar Day) or register only for the CFW seminar (Lay day).

Registration for the seminar costs 90 EURO. If you are a parent or patient, you may attend the Lay/CFW seminar for FREE. You must sign up using an electronic form [here]. You will be emailed a confirmation once your registration is complete.  Participants will not have access to the European Cystic Fibrosis Conference welcoming reception or the medical conference.

If you wish to attend the medical conference (ECFC) and/or welcome reception you must sign up at the ECFC website.

Members who wish to sign up for the CFW ABM will pay a fee of 200 EURO. This fee will include also the Lay/Seminar Day program, and ECFS Opening Ceremony/welcome Reception. Please sign up here. The Presidents dinner includes one free ticket for each registration to the ABM.
