Students in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management
(HTM) at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst are organizing
a
wine appreciation dinner and charity art auction to benefit CFW
and the HTM Department.
A
gourmet South American-themed five-course meal will be served
with specially chosen wines for each course. The event will feature
a guest speaker to talk about the wines, music, silent art auction
featuring paintings from CFW's Charitable
Art Gallery by Natalie Massone Saiph and Hafeez Ahmed, and
special hotel getaway packages.

MENU
---South American wines will be served at each course---
Ceviche Mixto - Ceviche from Peru with seafood,
sweet potato and corn
on the cob.
Sopa de Agucate - Avocado soup
Matambre
with Chimichurri Verde - A famous steak dish from Argentina,
the name means literally "kill-hunger". IT is a marinated
flank
stuffed and rolled served with an Argentine Green Sauce.
Panqueques de Manzana - Apple-stuffed crepes with
Dulce de Leche
Beijnhos de Coco - Coconut Kisses from Brazil
