A Process Evaluation will be done to determine effective import and
distribution methods in the delivery of free medication to persons with CF using the
pancreatic enzyme, Creon. Manuals will be created from appropriate
educational sources of current information in the treatment of CF for both patients and
medical professionals determined by the medical team participating in Phase II. These
manuals will be offered free at the Georgian National CF Center printed in the
national language. The Ministry of Health will also distribute informational manuals to
all hospitals and clinics throughout Georgia. A Goal/Process Based

developed at the end of phase II as CF patients begin to utilize the clinic and diagnostic
